What Happened in Therapy

What Happened in Therapy is a visual 'letter' to my therapist. Part of the therapeutic process at the end of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) that took place in 2014.

The letter and video below have been used to help support CAT trainees in the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, along with open discussion and questions sharing my experiences of Cognitive Analytic Therapy.

"We have recently started with a new cohort of 18 CAT trainees from all over the South of England and are using a conference centre in Hove to deliver the training.  We'd really love to have a session led by you on the training. It received such good feedback from the trainees last time and is such an important part of having a modern and relevant training."

Robert Marx, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner Training Course Director
